The Sync App was a piece of legacy technology that exist and was still been used by some clients. It worked on an internal network.

Introduction

There was many issue with this product. It was outdated but was still been used by clients it need to be more user friendly. It was difficult to know if something was connected or if something was been uploaded. Some simple fixes where needed. The ability to search in a logical manner was also needed. Also actionable feedback to. In many cases there was simple fixes that the User could do without the need for the support team interaction and understandable status indicators would help this.

I love working with people and in teams, and have a massive interest in design not just as a career but as a hobby. Outside of work I like to be outdoors biking and hiking, and playing golf terribly.
